Updated the fetch Mutation data function #386

When verifying the branch's changes, I used BRCA as a test tumor type and TP53 as the gene to look at. Here were the pie chart breakdowns.

development branch: image

eric branch: image

It seems like the same the same set of mutation data is being stored. I have yet to test this with other genes (@rmoffitt a few suggestions for genes to use would be appreciated), but let me know if the issue is reproducible on your side Eric.

I tested it and the TP53 pie chart matches the pie chart currently on the development branch.
