Added a ProgressBar module #398

Pretty simple progress bar that appears below the banner. See .js file for example usage.

@ericr491 I'm currently unable to see the progress bar appear when testing the branch on my device. Any chance you could send a screenshot of the progress bar appearing? Also, the progress bar should appear under the banner at the top, correct?
