Gene Expression Cache Interface Errors #451

If the user adds an additional cohort to a query after submitting once, the caching function that constructs the queries errors out when forming the array of gene expression data that is present/missing in the cache.

Need to investigate graceful exit when storing data in cache fails (e.g., AGR pathway)
