Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Use LG's luna-surfacemanager instead of luna-next, so we have a better integration of Waydroid, WAM etc

This part has now been completed and luna-next has been decommissioned as per https://github.com/webOS-ports/meta-webos-ports/commit/5229281d9065fa52847694735688e694e5e570a8 and https://github.com/webOS-ports/luneos-components/commit/0140013eb1a8f1463739a28d276d69dcb9360c43
