onExpand handler not called after successful onLazyRead #407

onExpand(true,node)  is not called after onLazyRead.

A lazy node is collapsed.
Click expand icon -> onLazyRead called
onExpand should subsequently be called after onLazyRead

the first time that the node is expanded the onExpand function is not called

As of 2014 Dynatree is feature frozen.
Please have a look at Fancytree (sequel of DynaTree 1.x): chances are good that 
the problem was resolved / the requested featuer is already implemented.
Please open a new issue there otherwise:
