Support contexte menu sample for jQuery 1.9 #425

Hi,

At first, many thank's for you work.
I tell me if dynatree will support jQuery 1.9?

In my case I use dynatree with jQuery 1.9 but I had added 
jquery-migrate-1.1.0.js. It works but now I have several warns.

You can see that at http://mongo-mapreduce-webbrowser.opensagres.cloudbees.net/

Hi,

Many thank's for your answer. I used dynatree 1.2.2 which uses $.browser. Sorry 
I have not noticed that 1.2.4 was available. I have migrated to it and it works 
great except with the contextual menu (see your code at 
https://code.google.com/p/dynatree/source/browse/trunk/doc/contextmenu/jquery.co
ntextMenu-custom.js)

Your context menu sample 
http://wwwendt.de/tech/dynatree/doc/sample-contextmenu.html doesn't work with 
jQuery 1.9. I know you have noticed "I had to patch Cory's code in order to 
make it work. Please understand, that I am not able to support this plugin. 
There are many other context menus out there :-)" but I think context menu is 
an important feature for tree and I think dynatree should provide it. 

Do you think for you it's possible to re-patch it? In my case I have comments 
the code which uses $.browser (no need the disabled feature).
