OK, that fixed it. Not sure why I had to do lint:all instead of lint and test:all instead of test... not sure it matters though?

Those dependencies should be changed to point to a workspace:* to avoid those kinds of things.

I see. I'm not that familiar with yarn/npm workspaces. When you have the time, please do it. :)
