Running a build manually should trigger an immediate build #32

If Hudson is configured with a "quiet period" to aggregate build, when you
run a build from HTT, it does not run immediately. Instead, it waits for
configured period.

It would be good to add the "delay=0sec" argument to run the build immediately.
