group projects arbitrarily by criteria other than server #48

It would be handy to be able to group projects in the main tracker view. I 
envisage something like user-definable working sets of projects, displayed as 
expandable groups like the server groups you get today.

You can almost work around this today by defining multiple copies of the same 
server, but as you can't name them (they take the server name) this isn't as 
clear as it might be.

Further on would be to group/filter by build state, failure users etc. Not 
sure how useful all of that would be, probably overkill.
