Crash on start 64bit #50

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install on 64 bit vista
2. Execute
3. Crash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

App does not start. I get:

Not sure if this is a 100% 64 bit error as I'm running this on Windows 7 64-bit 
and it's working fine....

Works on several 64bit windows 7 here aswell.

Now it works on my Win7 x64 as well with v0.12.
