Renamed/Removed jobs aren't identifable #75

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create jobs on Hudson called JobA, JobB and JobC
2. Connect hudson-tray-tracker to server and monitor above jobs.
3. Rename JobB on hudson to JobB2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The job "JobB" remains displayed in the HTT gui with wahtever it's last status 
was.  There is no indication that HTT cannot see or update the job.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HTT v0.12.0.0 on Windows 7 64bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
