Add a nice loading bar and experience

Describe the bug We had a temp loading bar, it has temporarily been removed. We need a new one that is artful and nice.

My preference is some kind of general webaverse full screen art, something to keep people busy for 30-60 seconds while it loads, and something to indicate that loading is still happening
