Pointerlock is not working. This is a regression.
Right now the character is receiving input, but there is no pointerlock or entering the canvas / removing the mouse cursor. Makes moving awkward when the cursor reaches the edge of the screen, can't press escape to exit pointerlock and manipulate the interface.
