App: SFX pack #1633

We should get an SFX pack and create a sound system to trigger them. Sound is easy but pretty important for the final product.

May I suggest Howler.js for audio library. https://howlerjs.com/ It has even 3D spatial audio. It can be integrated in Three.js really easy. https://howlerjs.com/assets/howler.js/examples/3d/
