Animations / Cleanup : Need to confirm list of used animations

in relation to # the public/animations directory should really be cleaned up

[ ] naming convention needs to be standardized
[ ] unused directory should be deleted and any animations potentially in use there should be transferred to root public/animations directory
[ ] need to know if there are any other animations currently in use that we need to account for

I went through the current anim directory and tried to Organize the Animations , hopefully I can get some help from the programmer side to say which animations we can remove because they are currently unused. with this done we can then fine tune the animations we actually use.

add checkboxes to track the status of items in this ticket. as we confirm the animations we're keeping, check them off the list. If we identify an animation we're removing, strike out the item using ~ (gotta edit the description to do that) and then check it as completed.

so went through the list of animations today and besides sword attacks tweaked everything that

i saw was being used in webaverse
needed hip constraining extras running walking crouched walking

I've done a pass through this list, add checked off the items that are currently being used. That said, there are also animations from this list which are being loaded, but I don't think are being used. Will need to do another pass to collect which ones those are, and will also provide a list of animations being loaded/used but are not on this list
