Hair updates very weird and slowly on miku #3579

Describe the bug Hair seems to be updating very slow and kinda weird

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to prototype scene
  2. Wear the miku avatar in the scene
  3. Jump around
  4. See weirdness
