No emotes/facial expressions for avatars with 'low' quality details #3630

Describe the bug Right now we don't have support for emote expressions ('Q') on avatars with low character details. Though it plays the sfx for it. Also there's no support for facial expressions of low character details.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to graphics section
  3. Select 'low' in character details
  4. Head back and try emotes with "Q" key
  5. Also try facial expressions

Expected behavior Since 'low quality avatar is to optimize performance, we should either disable these features for low settings or we should add support for these
