Emotes/facial expressions UI accessible without opening character panel #3631

Describe the bug The emotes and facial expressions UI is accessible from the main screen without opening the character panel, just as we hover over to the top left corner.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Hover your mouse over the top left corner, just above the avatar icon UI.

Expected behavior This shouldn't happen. The emotes and facial expressions UI should be accessible from the character panel only.
