When chatting between remote players, the character hups window disappers/overlaps #3707

Describe the bug When we chat with remote players the character hups window for remote player disappers or seems to overlap on the existing one showing no text. Also audio output is heavily delayed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1.Go to 'https://local.webaverse.com/?src=.%2Fscenes%2Fprototype.scn&room=fLgYz'

  1. Join another player using same link
  2. Press Enter to get text window for chat and enter some text. Observe character hups window on remote player screen
  3. Similarly press Enter to get text window for chat and enter some text. and observe character hups window on another player screen.
  4. See the error where the character hups windows is overlapped or seems disappear and no text is shown. Audio output is delayed too with not character hups windows in sight.

Expected behavior Character hups windows for both players (local and remote player) must show properly with text and audio output
