Bot: Improve Safety for DM messages #931

Few bugs when talking to the Discord bot in DMs:

.key returned message doesn't have spoilers
- Can't close the message [x], stays open in DMs
.key reset basically nukes your wallet with 0 warning
- We could add a message: "WARNING: You're about to reset your wallet, are you sure?"
- Make the use type "reset my wallet" to confirm, similar to deleting a github repo

This is supported but re-caches if the bot is restarted. So you can no longer cancel [X] things that were created before the bot restarted.

.key reset basically nukes your wallet with 0 warning

Agree this needs a guard.

The first part of this issue is fixed.

Now we just need to fix .key reset by making the bot send a DM asking "ARE YOU SURE? IF SO TYPE THIS EXACTLY TO CONFIRM" just deleting a github repo.

The message options could be:

I confirm that I want to reset my account
Delete everything and start new
