Incredible Squaring AVS

This AVS should run a basic EL IS AVS within a Gadget

[x] When Gadget is run, AVS starts
[x] Creates and Connects Operator on Local Testnet
[x] Successful Registration to Eigenlayer
[x] Successful Registration to AVS
[x] Operator Start Functions
[x] Tasks are successfully handled
[x] BLS Aggregation
