[TASK] Add hardware reporting benchmarks / telemetry to the gadget #138

Overview

For any machine running the gadget, we want to report the hardware benchmarks. This should be built with an eye towards the dApp team who will consume these metrics and display them besides each operator. Thought should be give to operators who are running multiple gadgets.
