Context

In order to listen to webhook requests from repositories of the different installations, we need an always on endpoint.

Suggested solution

• Cloudflare DDoS protection
• Cloudflare Worker

Considered alternatives

• Docker container (probably more hassle)
• Cloud functions

29 converts the app to run in V8 Isolates, like those of Cloudflare Workers.

This needs to be tested, and probably slightly fine-tuned.
