'pause none' doesn't check fullrenderplayerlimit #3341

I have my fullrenderplayerlimit set to 3, and after start all works well, until I change anything to the worlds with the dmap command, and do dynmap pause none, it resumes rendering, even though 4 people are online. I think this is a bug. Kind Regards, Jurgen Kuyper

This is a bug but is definitely a niche issue. Dynmap should pause again once a player joins/leaves to update the player count (assuming the limit is still met)

Do we put this down to a fringe case issue with trivial workaround?
