akvirtualcamera is not available on Android Emulator #64

Hello,

Is it possible to make the android emulator see the akvirtualcamera virtual camera? When I execute 'emulator.exe -webcam-list', akvirtualcamera is not showing up.

I haven't tested it in Windows, but the most probable reason is because the emulator does not supports DirectShow filters, if that's the case I can't do nothing for now.
