Can't login with my Google account in the Youtube Music app using Chrome #33

Bug Report

Specifications:

Description: I installed the YouTube Music app in Chrome and Brave, Standard, and Tabbed. When I try to login after typing the email address the Google Account page says the browser is not supported and I can't log in.

It seems to work on the Firefox tabbed mode and Webkit.

Steps to Reproduce: Install the Youtube Music app from the catalog choosing Chrome or Brave. Open the app and try to log in to the Youtube Music account. It shows the form to type the email. After typing the email and clicking to continue, the password form is not displayed, but there is a message saying you can't log in because the browser is not supported.

Thanks for reporting this.

This is really strange because Chromeless simply creates a shortcut app for Chrome or Brave :(

I've been having this problem as well. Google sign in does not work in a few browser engines. The work around is to use a different browser engine. I found some info on this page: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7675428/sign-in-with-a-supported-browser-android?hl=en. At the bottom where it says 'Information for app developers' it shows some things that I think may be useful for the devs.

The bug should be fixed with v1.5.0
