[issue][elasticsearchapi] - Remove lot of logs / errror when Elasticsearch is unvailable

Set warn instead error when Elasticsearch cluster is unvailable. Don't return error from controller. Instead, ask reconsilation in 30s to avoid very high usage of kube-apiserver
