deal with gradients without a recognised type #15

I assume we should do something similar to the fix for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1228789 to avoid outputting bogus CSS. See https://github.com/hallvors/css-fixme/blob/master/cssfixme.htm#L261 and test with some bogus input from the bugzilla bug.
