About us: Webcompat.com is a community of volunteers supported by Mozilla that believe in an open and compatible web. The goal is to ensure that internet users everywhere have a choice of which web browser or device they would like to access the web on. We do this through finding compatibility issues on websites, understanding the issue, contacting the website and helping to resolve. The internet is huge and we are always looking for people to help, learn how you can get involved.

Excuse me, but I’m not a techie.. That’s OK! If you've been directed here, there’s a still good chance you can help. If you work for a company that owns/operates the website reported and you’re not a web developer, you can help by passing this information on to someone from Marketing, Communications or Technology.

Not a native English speaker, but wouldn't "I'm not a techie" or "I'm not techy" be slightly more correct than "a techy"? :-)

Mozilla Web Compatibility Error Report

Mozilla helps to make the web better through documenting and resolving compatibility issues. We have noticed a problem with the website reported not working properly for Mozilla Firefox Browsers. We are trying to find a contact at this website to help get the issue resolved. You maybe able to help if you know someone at this website, potentially in the Communications, Marketing or Technology departments please pass along this information. This website provides a description of the problem, a suggested fix and a dedicated Mozillian (volunteer or employee) to help through the process.
