Deafult URL is webcompat.com if URL field is blank in Bugzilla #38

http://bornawesome.com/adam/moz/files/simplebug1.png If the URL field is blank in bugzilla, the bug report shows webcompat.com. Not sure what's best to display, we should ideally go back and fix if it's missing.

@adamopenweb yeah I was just going to ask, what should we display here?

"Web Compatibility Error Report For {{OMG GO BACK AND ADD A URL}}", or should it be something a little less/more lame like "Web Compatibility error report for your website." :|

Probably the second one, but we should have an automated email alert sent to every one at moz (integrated thinking ftw).
