Is possible add the translation support?

The page have some text in english that is possible to translate because is the same in all the pages. For example this:

Users have reported a problem with your website not working properly for Mozilla Firefox Browsers. You may be able to help. If you know someone, potentially in the Communications, Marketing or Technology departments, please pass along this information.

Understood! Thanks. That would make a nice little project for someone.

It would require

to parse the Accept-Language HTTP header with fallback onto English.
To have a translation of all the strings in a file.

Maybe using http://l20n.org/ will be very simple that check the language and load the correct language.
