needs better icons #8

The icons are not homogeneous in size and layout. to fix.

For pure bikeshedding value: I'd like to swap the "light bulb" and the "gear" icons - use gear for description ("technical" details) and light bulb for the suggested fix ("here's a good idea for you!")
