Problem type: Site is not usable Description: Unable to login Steps to Reproduce: When trying to login using saved details only the password gets automatically filled, the username stays blank, despite both login details being saved on my account.

We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue. Although account creation is not possible for this page ( a valid letter from a GP is needed), saving invalid credentials displays the same issue: the username field remains blank:

Other pages do not exhibit this issue

Tested with:

Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 101.0a1 (2015877099 -🦎101.0a1-20220426094609🦎)/ Firefox Beta 100.0.0-beta.7 (2015876107-🦎100.0-20220421201645🦎)/ Chrome Mobile Version 100.0.4896.127 Operating System: Samsung A51 (Android 11) -1080 × 2400 pixels 20:9 aspect ratio (~405 ppi density) Operating System: Google Pixel 3 (Android 12) -1080 x 2160 pixels, 18:9 ratio (~443 ppi density)

Notes:

  1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
  2. Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly.
  3. Works as expected using Chrome.

The issue is still reproducible.

Tested on: • Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 109.0a1-20221121093640 / Chrome 107.0.5304.91 • Operating System: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11) - 1080 x 2280 pixels, 19:9 ratio (~402 ppi pixel density)
