Problem type: Site is not usable Description: Buttons or links not working Steps to Reproduce: The website or the pages cannot be accessed. I have reported this matter before but it still occured. The website cannot be accessed via pc or handphone as well as browsers like Edge, Chrome, Focus and Firefox mozilla. It was okay after i first complaine but a day after the issuenwas solved it happened again. I have tried the solutions given but nothing works.

We appreciate your report. Based on what you described, the issue can be reproduced on other browsers and it is not a Compatibility issue. The download is automatically triggered, but Focus blocks the download:

Chrome downloads the file automatically. regardless of the settings made to the browser, without even accessing the page:

For this project, we try to focus our effort on layouts, features, or content that works as expected in one browser but not in another.

Tested with:

Browser / Version: Chrome Mobile Version 100.0.4896.127/ Firefox Focus Release 100.1.0 (361160333-🦎100.0.20220425210429) Operating System: Samsung A51 (Android 11) -1080 × 2400 pixels 20:9 aspect ratio (~405 ppi density) Operating System: Google Pixel 3 (Android 12) -1080 x 2160 pixels, 18:9 ratio (~443 ppi density)

@ameliavirezz Because the issue is reproducible on other browsers, I would suggest contacting the page directly and describing the issue. As I have seen in other reports, some can access the page, but the download is automatically triggered.
