Problem type: Something else Description: Cannot access. Downloading bin files dialog keep popping up Steps to Reproduce: I have filed this report before and the issues still persisted. Whenever i clicked a link or next chapter, the download bin files propmt appeared and I cannot access the page. This had happened on different browser and different platforms ..mobile ..pc and laptop. Please help
