Problem type: Something else Description: Cannot logon to their website Steps to Reproduce: It says: Your sign-in was rejected by Fraud Protection. As you were browsing something about your browser made us think you were a bot. There are a few reasons this might happen:

You've disabled JavaScript in your web browser
A third-party browser plugin, such as Ghostery or NoScript is preventing JavaScript from running
Browser Configuration

We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue. Attempitng to sign-up or login in the page returns an error message:

Tested with:

Browser / Version: Firefox Release 100.0 (64-bit)/ Firefox Nightly 102.0a1 (2022-05-03) (64-bit) /Chrome Version Version 101.0.4951.54 (Official Build) (64-bit) Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64

Notes:

  1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
  2. Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
  3. Works as expected using Chrome.

Moving this to NeedsDiagnosis for further investigations.

Getting the same issue. Hit the back button trying to get a phone verification code and tried to go forwards again and wasn't prompted to put a code, and was instead redirected. When I tried to sign up again, did not receive a prompt to enter a phone code.

Occurs on both mobile Safari and PC Chrome

Looks like this an issue with the website, and not tied to a specific browser. I've tried to sign up, but getting the same message in all browsers (tried Firefox release and Nightly and Google Chrome and Canary).

Also tried with existing mozilla.mobile.bm account, and getting the same error in Chrome Canary and Firefox release (though it works in Chrome release):

Based on this, the best course of action would be to contact the site to see if they can address this.
