URL: https://connect.myflorida.com

Browser / Version: Firefox 100.0 Operating System: Windows 10 Tested Another Browser: Yes Edge

Problem type: Site is not usable Description: Unable to login Steps to Reproduce: FF was rejected by site claiming javascript needed to be enabled. I checked, it's good to go. Said turn off pop up blocker, it's not enabled for this site. I tried with Edge (first time ever using that crap) and no issues, logged in instantly...

I was able to access the site now and I was able to reproduce the issue. image

Note:

  1. The issue is not reproducible with Firefox 99 (UA: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:99.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/99.0)
  2. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome, where sign in is succcessful.

Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 102.0a1 (2022-05-11), Firefox Release 100.0 Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

Moving to Needsdiangosis for further investigation.

The site should be contacted as it's working with an override to 99. Let's add a cap in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1768661.

The issue still occurs when trying to sign in (ETP - disabled) and regardless if the UA override is enabled or not. image

Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 107.0a1 (2022-09-21) Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

This seems to be working now without the override, filed https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1802393 for removal.
