Thanks for the report, I was able to reproduce the issue. The design is broken (CSS/Images).

Note:

1. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome.
2. The issue is reproducible on Firefox regardless of the ETP status.

I can't access their server at all from my phone, on any browser. The connection just fails.

On my desktop I can sometimes access the page, but can't reproduce the problem. This seems more like an issue with their servers than it does a webcompat issue.

@softvision-oana-arbuzov , are things any better on your end?

@wisniewskit , I missed adding this detail, I've used the VPN pointing to Poland to connect to the site, and the problem still occurs.
