Thanks for the report, I was able to reproduce the issue. After requesting "Desktop mode" and signing in (with Facebook in my case), I get the error. image

Note:

  1. The issue does not occur on Chrome. image

  2. The issue is reproducible on Firefox regardless of the ETP status.

  3. The issue does not occur while in Firefox mobile layout. image

  4. The error is not displayed after switching between mobile and desktop mode again, but redirect to https://www.spotify.com/us/ is performed. Tapping "Open web player" is not working, the same page remains displayed. image

Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 103.0a1 (🦎103.0a1-20220621093233), Firefox Release 101.2.0(🦎 101.0.1-20220608170832) Operating System: Google Pixel 5 (Android 12) - 1080 x 2340 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio (~432 ppi density), Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 9) - 1440 x 2960 pixels, 18.5:9 ratio (~570 ppi density)

Moving to Needsdiagnosis for further investigation.

The issue seems to reproduce now on other browsers as well, should we keep it open?
