Problem type: Something else Description: The seek bar during video in fullscreen mode remains on screen instead of disappearing. Steps to Reproduce: When trying to play video in fullscreen mode the media controls along the bottom remain visible. This does not occur outside fullscreen mode and did not happen until I updated Firefox to 103.0

We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue. The media control buttons do not hide when playing an episode in full-screen mode:

Tested with:

Browser / Version: Firefox Release 102.0 (64-bit)/ Firefox Nightly 104.0a1 (2022-06-28) (64-bit) /Microsoft Edge Version 103.0.1264.37 (Official build) (64-bit) Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64

Notes:

1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
2. Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly.
3. Works as expected using Edge and Firefox Release.

This is regressed by the InstallTrigger removal (https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/autoland/pushloghtml?fromchange=91037708e4e5ef580ae14ffa6f22fd0d34df6a5f&tochange=4f8d91c60287e5944f8c24ec3e89482779d9db49).

We can add an intervention to address the issue, but ultimately the site needs to be contacted so they could possibly find another way of detecting Firefox. Added https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1777597 for shimming InstallTrigger.

For this issue, there is a META bug regarding interventions and overrides: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1774005. The issue is reproducible. Keeping the issue open based on the META BUG.
