Browser / Version: Ecosia Operating System: iOS 15.5 Tested Another Browser: No

Problem type: Something else Description: Sites say “web browser not compatible” I choose to use Ecosia. I want to use Ecosia. Why won’t social media sites allow me to use Ecosia? Steps to Reproduce: I cannot go to Instagram or Facebook through links, it says “web browser not supported.

We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue. Ecosia is an unsupported browser:

Notes:

  1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
  2. Reproducible on the latest build of Ecosia
  3. Works as expected using Firefox.

Tested with:

Browser/Version: Firefox Daylight 102.2 (13909) / Ecosia 7.0.2.60 Operating System: iOS 15.5
