Browser / Version: Firefox 105.0 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.15 Tested Another Browser: Yes Chrome

Problem type: Site is not usable Description: Page not loading correctly Steps to Reproduce: After loading the page and accepting the cookie prompt, it's impossible to scroll down along the page - after any attempt to scroll down, the page immediately gets re-scrolled to the top. Multiple pages on this site have this issue, though not all of them. Same problem in 107 Firefox Nightly. It works fine in Chrome.

Tested with:

Browser / Version: Firefox Release 104.0 (64-bit)/ Firefox Nightly 107.0a1 (2022-09-19) (64-bit) / Chrome Version Version 105.0.5195.127 (Official Build) (64-bit) Operating System: Mac OSX Catalina 10.15.7

Notes:

Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
Works as expected using Chrome.
