Thank you for reporting this issue, I was able to reproduce it. The page keeps refreshing, making the page to return to initial position.

Tested on: • Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 109.0a1 (2022-11-20) / Firefox Release 107 / Chrome Version 107.0.5304.107 • Operating System: Windows 10 / Android 11

Notes:

1. Reproducible on both Firefox Release and Nightly, regardless of the ETP status
2. It does refresh a few times on Chrome but it eventually loads completely
3. The connection seems to keep switching from secure to unsecure when refreshing
