Problem type: Design is broken Description: Items are overlapped Steps to Reproduce: The GDPR/Privacy banner overlaps to the site, but the banner is ony shaded in gray without choice buttons and is not clickable, so it is impossibile to browse the site. With Google Chrome the banner is ok, you can click the buttons and have further browsing through site. So, Chrome is ok.

Thank you for reporting this issue, I was able to reproduce it on Firefox Nightly with ETP set to Strict. I've created a bugzilla report for this issue: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1808307
