We appreciate your report. Unfortunately, I'm not able to see anything that could allow me to try free premium. I might need a paid basic account already.
Could you provide a screenshot with the Add-ons section from "Troubleshooting Information", please?
Steps:
Could you check if the issue reproduces with Enhanced Tracking Protection disabled after clearing cache/cookies (no addons as well) ?
I'll reopen the issue if you could comment and provide more info. Closing this as incomplete for now.

Enhanced Tracking Protection disabled made no difference. There are no add ons. Everything is default with no changes.
For comparison from chrome works perfectly, whether mobile or desktop. Firefox doesn't on either.
Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, there's no difference on what "Start Free Trial" button you click when creating a new account, it has the same permissions. I've created an account to test it out, and I have the same permissions:

You've mentioned it reproduces on Desktop as well, could you please open the console and check if there are any errors and send us screenshot?

Attached is console from both Firefox and chrome. Works on chrome but not on Firefox. (Firefox everything disabled inc tracking protection)

Problem type: Video or audio doesn't play Description: The video or audio does not play Steps to Reproduce: Site has embedded screencasts video maybe webm format or similar. It won't play on 3 different versions Firefox Android (stable, beta or nightly). It won't play on other devices either or new profile or cleared data cookies cache/private incognito mode. Seems to be an issue on desktop Firefox too.
It will play on chrome and safari fine.
Please try premium trial and you would need to enable continuous video recording instead of screenshots and then have a session monitored so you can see the video screencast.
