We appreciate your report but I was not able to reproduce this issue. I was able to track packages without encountering issues.
Tested on: • Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 113.0a1 (2023-03-19) / Firefox Release 111 / Chrome 111.0.5563.65 • Operating System: Windows 10
Suggestions: • Update the browser to the latest version • Clear cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile and check again • If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config), please revert to the default settings

Problem type: Something else Description: each attempt to use the tracking feature on fedex.com (Mozilla Forefox browser ONLY) causes an error and will not display tracking results. ALL other browsers (Chrome, Edge, ect) work just fine. Problem exists with FireFox ONLY. Steps to Reproduce: ALWAYS comes up with message " Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time. Please try again later."
