Problem type: Site is not usable Description: Buttons or links not working Steps to Reproduce: this site has a date time picker input. when using it on Firefox (Nightly) the datetime picker mobile UI does not have the full range of numbers in the list, only the currently visible numbers after triggering the UI. this prevents from adjusting the input field at all.

We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue. The time picker misses the 0 digits, if the time has the digit as the first digit in the format:

Browser / Version: Firefox Release 111.1.1 (2015941331-🦎111.0.1-20230321111920🦎)/ Firefox Nightly 113.0a1 (2015941987-🦎113.0a1-113.0a1-20230330214245🦎)/ Chrome Mobile Version 111.0.5563.116 Operating System: Samsung A51 (Android 11) -1080 × 2400 pixels 20:9 aspect ratio (~405 ppi density) Operating System: Google Pixel 3 (Android 12) -1080 x 2160 pixels, 18:9 ratio (~443 ppi density)

Notes:

1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
2. Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
3. Works as expected using Chrome.
