Suggestion: Try clearing cache/data/cookies, disabling add-ons and Ad-blocker (if available) and extensions or use a clean profile, and check again? If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config) please revert to the default settings and try again. Also, have the required cookies been accepted for this page?

Problem type: Site is not usable Description: Page not loading correctly Steps to Reproduce: Using the pch site as an example, when trying to reach url in Firefox (both normal and in troubleshooting mode) the site does not load. Error message is
"Bad Request - Request Too Long HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long."
The request is indeed very long. But it works fine in Chrome.
[As a side note, I often have emails and sites with embedded images where the images do not load in Firefox but will load in Chrome.]
