Problem type: Something else Description: Scrolling up on the Android app is strange on this website. When I scroll up, the page does not move but the URL bar appears. If I scroll up again, then it works. Why does it take two swiping up to scroll up on this site? Steps to Reproduce: Scrolling up on the Android app is strange on this website. When I scroll up, the page does not move but the URL bar appears. If I scroll up again, then it works. If I slide down, and the slide up without releasing the screen, then it scrolls up correctly.

This also happens on Firefox Mobile Stable, and I've encountered multiple websites that have this bug.

Notes:

1. Reproducible on both Firefox Release and Nightly
2. Not reproducible on Chrome
