Browser / Version: Firefox 116.0 Operating System: Windows 10 Tested Another Browser: Yes Chrome

Problem type: Video or audio doesn't play Description: The video or audio does not play Steps to Reproduce: NBA league pass livestreams worked until about 5/27 and has not worked since. Game replays work but not the livestream itself. It still works for me on Chrome as well as the normal Firefox browser.

How to create a new profile:

  1. Open a new tab
  2. Type in the address bar "about:profiles"
  3. Press "Enter"
  4. Click on "Create a New Profile"
  5. Click "Next"
  6. Name your profile
  7. Click "Finish"
  8. Head to your newly created profile
  9. Click "Launch profile in new browser"

Closing this as incomplete due to a lack of valid credentials.
